3. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong product, wrong color, a defective item, or missing items — contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. After verification, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
4. Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error, we cover all return shipping costs. For other eligible reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
