How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information by email.

Sizing & Product

What size is the TCAPS Warrior Cap?
One size fits most — recommended head circumference 53–62cm (20.9–24.4 inches). It has a closed-back design (no adjustable strap).

What material is it made from?
Premium cooling cotton combined with breathable mesh panels for comfort during long wear.

What color options are available?
The Warrior Cap is currently available in Black only.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

What if I receive the wrong item or a defective product?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the issue. After verification, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
